1 cup cooked rice
1 package frozen broccoli
2 cups chicken broth
2 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and broccoli separately, then mix together when done, thicken broth with corn starch, add salt and pepper and cheese to broth. Poor broth mixture over rice and broccoli sprinkle with grated cheese liberally. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Might look like its not done, but will firm as it cools. May add chicken for a one dish dinner
