10 cups sliced cucumbers
3 cups sliced onions
3 cups apple cider vinegar
4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp alum
4 tsp salt
4 tsp celery seed
4 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, vinegar and spices, bring to a boil, add cucumbers and onions, bring to a boil again, boil until cucumbers are soft or change colors. Place in hot glass jars, seal with lids and rings. Lids should seal as they cool. Must be refrigerated if not tightly sealed.
