14 whole (four-section) graham crackers
1 c (2 sticks) butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped pecans, raw or toasted
1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer side by side on a buttered jelly roll pan.

In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Pour hot mixture over the graham crackers. Sprinkle with the pecans.

Bake 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Let stand until cool. Cut along the edges of graham crackers to separate into 28 cookies.
