16 oz. can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. sour cream
large jar hot picante suace
jalapeno pepper cheese, shredded
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain well, pat dry on paper towel. Add taco mix to ground beef with 2 tbsp of water; mix well.

Layer each ingredient as follows:
refried beans
ground beef mixture
sour cream
picante sauce

Sprinkle pepper cheese and chedder cheese on top. You may add hot peppers under cheese for extra hot. Heat for 5-10 minutes in microwave until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
