1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1 pkg of "Rolo" Candies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; add dry ingredients. Roll dough into balls about the size of a ping pong ball; press Rolo into middle and roll back into a ball. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until soft-set (do not over bake). Let cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet or the Rolo will fall out the bottom.
