2 pie crusts
6 c. berries (Raspberries, Marion, Blue & Black)
scant 3/4 c. instant Clear Jel
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkt. unsweetened Strawberry Kool-Aid

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, Kool-Aid, and clear jel together until incorporated fully. Blend into berries. Put into pie shell. Wet top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.

Instant Clear Jel is a corn starch derivative. It will make your pie set up nicely so it will not be runny even when hot.
