1 c all-purpose flour
c Cream of Wheat cereal
tsp cinnamon
tsp baking soda
c margarine
2/3 c sugar
c Egg Beaters egg substitute
tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cereal, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside. Beat margarine and sugar in small bowl with mixer until creamy. Blend in egg substitute and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. (Dough will be very stiff and sticky). Shape into a 14X2-inch logon lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool completely; cut on diagonal into -inch slices and return to cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes more or until lightly browned. Cool and store in an airtight container.
