1 lb. of ground beef

1 T. instant minced onions or 1/4 chopped onions
2 T. firmly packed brown sugar
10 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 10 muffin cups. Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and cook slightly, then add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and cook together until sugar desolves. Separate biscuit dough and press into the muffin pan making a pie like formation and fill each muffin cup with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 10 to 12 min. until golden brown. Loosen with spatula and remove from pan. These are great served with corn and a salad.
