1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin, sliced 1/2" thick
2 T. butter
1/3 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried tarragon
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
honey-optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all spices.
2. Melt the butter and brush it on one side of the pork medallions. Sprinkle generously with spices.
3. Turn the medallions over and repeat step #2 on the other side.
4. Can freeze at this point or broil or grill 4-6 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Brush with honey on both sides the last minute of cooking if desired. Fine without it.
