Sausage, crumble, brown, and drain
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 MD. tomatoes chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 sum. can green chili
1 c. Colby/Jack Cheese, shredded

1 1/4 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
12 eggs
1 TSR. salt
1 TSR. pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Layer first 6 items in 9" X 13" pan. Mix next 5 items and pour over layered mixture. Bake for 45 min. or until set.
