1 ½ cups water
3 ½ cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp Cream of tartar
dash of salt
3 Tbsp Margarine
2 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients (EXCEPT vanilla) to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring often, then add vanilla. Let set.

Great served with biscuits, pancakes or waffles.
