1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Press brown sugar into bottom of loaf pan and spread ketchup on top.

Mix remaining ingredients and press into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until juices from center run clear.
