8 oz. round of brie (cut horizontally when cold)
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. prepared basil pesto
2 tsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop mushrooms and saute in olive oil. Chop the croutons and add them plus the pesto to the mushrooms. Put half the mixture inside the brie and the remaining half on top. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Serve with French bread.
