1 8oz. package of Cream Cheese or Neufchatel
8 oz. Sour Cream
5-6 oz. of Smoked Salmon (should be the consistency of canned tuna-if it looks raw, it won't blend with the other ingredients)
2 tsp. dill
2-4 drops of Liquid Smoke

In a bowl, lightly mix the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream together. Cut up and add the Smoked Salmon and blend well with a fork. Stir in the dill and Liquid smoke. Chill about an hour and serve with crackers.
