1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
(2/3 c. nuts optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla flavoring in mixer and blend well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Stir butterscotch chips (nuts if desired) into mixture. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 7-10 minutes.
