1 pkg. bowtie pasta, cooked to directions on box.
1 10oz. drained frozen baby spinach, chopped
1 14oz. can Hearts of Palm- cut up
1 14oz. can artichoke bottoms- cut up
1 3oz. can diced green chilies
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese

2 c. mayo
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic

In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, spinach, hearts of palm, artichokes, green chilies, and mozzarella cheese. Toss together and add salad dressing.
Dressing directions:
Blend together in a blender till mixed well. Don't pour over salad until ready to serve.
