4 egg whites beaten slightly
add 2/3 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract
2 2/3 c angel flake coconut

Lightly grease baking sheet. Drop mixture on sheet with a tsp. and bake at 300º for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
