16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and brown sugar. Fold in caramel mixture. Sprinkle peanuts over top.
