1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour over beef. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator, turning meat occasionally.
Makes enough for up to 4 lb. of meat.
