1 cup sugar
3/4 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil; add eggs. Sift flour with salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add to sugar mixture. Add nuts and carrots. Place in bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
