6 thick slices of beef bologna
4 T butter
4 T flour
4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bologna in small pieces and fry on medium heat - be careful not to burn

Add 4 T butter
Add flour - stir to smooth consistency
Add milk - stir - gravy will thicken

Great on Toast or Biscuits
