3 c. Bisquick mix
1 pound sage pork sausage
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease jelly roll pan. Combine all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape into balls and place in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. They're good plain or served with barbecue sauce.
