3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
2 T. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
sugar & cinnamon, mixed together to sprinkle on top

Mix all wet ingredients together. Add all dry ingredients to the wet. Pour batter into six small, greased loaf pans. Sprinkle the top of each loaf with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
