Ingredients:  
1 can tiny peas, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can white corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Dressing:
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. rice vinegar
Heat until sugar is dissolved and cool
Add 1/4 c. oil. 1 t. salt, 1 t. pepper

Pout over veggies and chill several hours prior to serving.
