1/4 lb butter
1/2 c plus 2 tsp flour
1 c cream or milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp nutmeg
6 lg eggs
1 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c cottage cheese
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour until smooth consistency. Beat cream, baking powder, salt, sugar, dry mustard, nutmeg, eggs and cheeses. Add butter and flour mixture and stir until well blended. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish will sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
