2 c. Flour 4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 T. Sugar 1 tsp. Salt
1-2 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice 2/3 c. Cooking Oil
3/4 c. Milk (plus a little more) 2 eggs
1/2 can of Pumpkin Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together until blended.
Mix eggs, oil, together. Add this mixture to the dry mixture and mix until well-blended. Add pumpkin pie filling and mix. Add milk until the mixture is at your preferred consistency.
Cook about 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake on a pan over medium heat. Flip pancakes when bubbles first begin to break on the surface.
