Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the butter to room temperature.
Mix all the ingredients together. May be refrigerated at this point to make dough more firm.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use cookie cutters.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
Frost with butter cream frosting.
