Johnson Family Meatloaf Recipe

1 lb lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. crushed Wheaties
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
chopped onion or dried onion
salt & pepper to taste

1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
c. brown sugar
tsp. Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together well. Form into a loaf. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Drain off any grease.

Cook sauce over medium heat in small saucepan until bubbling. Spoon sauce over meatloaf
And return to the oven for 15 minutes. Serve remaining sauce in gravy boat.
