1 lb ground beef
5 med potatoes diced (with or without skin)
1 onion diced (dep. on taste desired)
season all/pepper/salt

Directions:
Directions:
Season and brown meat and drain. Add potatoes and onions to beef, add about a glass of water, turn down heat, cover with lid. Cook until potatoes are soft. About half way through add more water if desired.
