Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe

3 lbs. Ground Pork
1 can bread crumbs
6 eggs
1 tsp. ginger minced
2 cloves garlic
4 green onions chopped
1 can water chestnuts chopped
dash of salt and pepper
1 bottle La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Mix eggs and garlic, ginger, onions, water chestnuts with dash of salt and pepper. Add meat and mix together. Add enough of the bread crumbs to make a good consistency. Use scoop to make meatballs. Cook in oven 350 for 15 minutes, then turn over meatballs and pour sweet and sour sauce over the meatballs and cook 15 more minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients together in a pan and bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes, add meatballs and cook 15 - 20 minutes in the sauce. Serve over rice.
