Directions:
Sift 2 c of flour onto paper towel. Put flour in a bowl. Mrs. Barnes would cut the margarine stick long ways two times and then cut pieces across into the flour. So you would have 4 chunks coming off at a time. Pour in milk. Use fork to stir. Roll out dough and cut out biscuits. Place on greased pan and cook on 425 until brown, approximately 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Jeff's mom, Wanda, taught me this recipe, and it is the best, buttery biscuit ever. The chunks of margarine are the key to these great biscuits!!
