Ingredients:  
1/4 cup lemon
1 6 oz can crab meat (or 1 7oz pkg frozen crab meat)
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. chives, finely chopped
touch of garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp worchestershire sauce3
1/8 tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice for 1 hour before making dip
2. cream cheese folding in whipping cream and mayonnaise
3. add onions, chives,garlic and salt
4. drain crabmeat and fold into cheese mixture
5. serve hot in chaffing dish with butterfly crackers.
