6 med sweet potatoes
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c half & half or milk
1/2 c butter

Topping:
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in oven @ 375º, peel potatoes and mash. (Or, you can use 3 cans sweet potatoes.)Combine potato, 1/2 c sugar, and next 4 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Put in 9"x13" dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

For topping: Combine all ingredients. After 15 minutes, crumble on top of casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes.

This is my "Grandmama Graham's" recipe, and one I'll always remember. We have it every Thanksgiving and Christmas, and sometimes in-between! You'll love it!
