12 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped (save one for a sliced garnish on top of the salad)
1 onion, chopped (or to taste)
2 cups Miracle Whip
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the eggs, potatoes, and onion. In another bowl combine the Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture and combine. Top with egg garnish. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
