1 lb. mild sausage 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese shredded 3 cups bisquick 3/4 cup water
Cook sausage, breaking up meat. Drain and spoon into large bowl. Cool. Add cheese bisquick and water. Mix with fork until blended. Roll into one inch balls. Place on cookie sheet about 2 " apart. Bake at 400º 12-15 minutes. Remove immediately and cool. Reheat to serve.
