Preferred Seasonings Garlic Salt Lemon Pepper or your choice. Attached legs and thighs
Season Chicken. Cut fatty skin from legs and thighs. Preheat grill with low heat. Place Chicken on the grill and cook on low heat 15 minutes on each side. Cook 10 minutes more on each side. Cut legs from thighs and check for doneness. Cook 10 to 20 minutes more if needed
