2 cups flour
2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
1 8 oz can pineapple (drain well)
3 finely chopped or shredded carrots
4 eggs

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick of margarine
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon milk
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Stir in oil and pineapple. Add beaten eggs and carrots. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 until done.

Mix cream cheese and margarine (both room temperature) together. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Mix in nuts and spread on cake.
