Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 sticks margarine, melted
4 Tablespoon cocoa
1 cup water
cup buttermilk (1/2 cup milk and Tablespoon vinegar)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine (melted)
4 Tablespoon cocoa,
6 Tablespoon milk
box (or more if needed) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon. vanilla
1 cup (or more to taste) pecans

Cake:
Melt margarine then mix dry ingredients in saucepan, mixing all together. Add water and buttermilk and mix well. Pour into a prepared cookie sheet pan and bake at 400 for 30 min.

Icing:
Mix all together (except pecans) until icing is thick and spreadable. Spread on cool cake. Top with chopped pecans.
