6 pieces of Canadian bacon 6 eggs salt pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 6 muffin cups (or any number you want) Fit a piece of Canadian bacon into each muffin cup Break an egg into each cup over the bacon slice. Salt & pepper to taste. Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 20 minutes til eggs are set. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese over each one & let stand for 2 minutes to melt.
