1 ONION CHOPPED
1 C. CHOPPED CELERY
1 2 OZ. JAR PIMIENTO
1 QT. SAUERKRAUT AND JUICE, UNDRAINED
1 1/2 C. SUGAR
1/4 C. WATER
3/4 C. VINEGAR
1/2 C. OIL
1 t. SALT
1 t. CELERY SEED

Directions:
Directions:
CHOP PEPPER, ONION, CELERY AND PIMIENTO;
ADD SAUERKRAUT AND JUICE. MIX REMAINING INGRED. AND ADD TO KRAUT AND VEGETABLES.

LET STAND 24 HOURS.

THIS SALAD CAN BE KEPT IN REFRIG. CONSIDERABLE TIME!
