Ingredients: 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions: |
Directions:Place cooked macaroni in a slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray or butter. Reserve 1 cup cheese. Add remaining 2 cups of cheese and other ingredients to the macaroni and mix well. Sprinkle top with reserved cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5 or 6 hours or until firm and golden brown around edges. |

Notes: I cube most of the cheese and put three cups in with the macaroni then more on top. Also, I bake it in the oven for 45 min to 1 hour instead of using a crock pot.
