3 cups farfel
3 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
pinch pepper
5 tablespoons margarine - melted
6 eggs - beaten in one at a time (or egg beater equivalent)

Directions:
Directions:
Add farfel, boiling water, salt and pinch pepper in a big bowl and let it cool with a plate over the top.

When cool, beat in melted margarine and eggs. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray and fill each one half way.

Bake for 20 minutes at 450º

Marisa Kochnover says add fried onions to the mixture and everyone will go crazy for them!! Use 1 1/2 small onions and fry it until brown before adding it to the mixture.
