2 1/2lbs. Shredded Cheddar/Jack mixed cheese
3-7oz. Ortega whole green chilis
4 eggs
1/2 salt
2Tbs. heaping flour
1 lg. can evap. milk

9 x13 pan
Split peppers and take out seeds (for mild)
1 layer of chili on bottom of pan
1/2 cheese mixture
layer of chilis
rest of cheese
mix eggs, salt, flour & evap. milk and pour over top.

Bake 350º for 45min. uncovered

I make half of this recipe (using a square 8x8?) and use all 3 cans of chilis, so you might want to increase the number of cans depending on how much your family likes chilis if you are making the whole 9x13 pan.
