1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 eggs
1 (8 0z.) pkg. lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef with onion; add garlic, tomatoes,tomato paste,water, salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. Mix together eggs and cottage cheese. Cook lasagna noodles until tender. In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, alternate layers of sauce, lasagna noodles, cottage cheese and egg mixture and Mozzarella cheese until pan is filled. Top with Mozzarella and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
