1 pound fat free cottage cheese
1 pint fat free sour cream
4 eggs (use egg beaters equivalent)
3/4 cup sugar (can also use splenda)
1/4 pound melted margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 package "no yolk" noodles
Crushed Corn Flakes
Cinnamon and Sugar

Optional Ingredients:
Drained fruit cocktail
Drained crushed pineapple

Boil noodles according to package - drain.
In a large bowl add:
Noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, egg beaters, sugar, vanilla, optional fruit.

Melt margarine in 9x13 glass pyrex in oven then pour into bowl with the ingredients so that the pan is already greased.

Top the noodle mixture with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 1 hour at 350
