1 1/4 cups sugar
6 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs
2 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 pint blueberries - wash and dry well - dust lightly with flour to prevent sinking
cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar together well. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the dry ingredients alternating with milk (ending with dry). Add blueberries by hand. Fill muffin tins with paper cups. Pour in batter and then sprinkle muffin tops with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
