1 can refried beans
guacamole
pico de gallo
sour cream
taco seasoning
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded montery jack cheese
chopped tomato
chopped black olives
snipped scallions
cilantro leaves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a square pyrex layer the following from bottom to top:

Refried Beans
Guacamole
Pico de Gallo

Combine taco seasoning with sour cream to taste
Spread the sour cream over the pico de gallo.
Cover the sour cream mixture with the shredded cheese and top with the chopped tomatoes, olives, scallions, and optional cilantro

Serve with tortilla chips.

A favorite!! You can really change the dip to fit your needs. It works without the beans, you can use your favorite cheeses...whatever way you make it - it tastes delicious!
