Fruit Smoothie:
1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 scoop Jay Robb's vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 a dropper stevia sweetener
1 c. frozen or fresh strawberries, raspberries, or peaches
1/3 of one banana
1 tsp. flax seeds
1/2 c. juice or water

Mango Smoothie:
1 scoop Jay Robb's vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 c. Naked Juice brand Mighty Mango-go juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. frozen pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. frozen mango chunks
1/2 c. plain vanilla yogurt
1/2 of one banana
1 T. flax seeds
1/2 dropper stevia sweetener
1 T. almond meal
a few drops coconut extract

Blend all in blender until smooth.

Stevia is a natural sweetener found at health food stores such as Henry's. Almond Meal can be found at Trader Joe's.
