5 - 6 potatoes
7 chopped hard boiled eggs
3 - 4 tbsp pickle relish
salt and pepper


Dressing:

1 cup or slightly more miracle whip
About 2 tbsp yellow mustard
About 3 tbsp brown sugar
About 4 - 5 tbsp sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Don't peel potatoes. Cut into large pieces and cover with cold water. Heat to a boil, then turn down to gently cook until tender. Drain and cool. Mix egg, relish, salt and pepper in with the potatoes.

Combine ingredients for the dressing, mixing well together. Pour over potato mixture.
