1-14 OZ. PKG. CARAMELS
1 PKG. GERMAN CHOC. CAKE MIX
1 1/2 ST ICKS MARG.,MELTED
1 1/2 C. CHOPPED NUTS
1-6 OZ. SEMI-SWEET CHOC. CHIPS

IN TOP OF DOUBLE BOILER STIR TOGETHER 1/3 C. MILK AND CARAMELS STIRRING OFTEN UNTIL MIX IS SMOOTH, SET ASIDE.
STIR TOGETHER CAKE MIX, MARGARINE, REMAINING MILK AND NUTS.
PRESS HALF OF DOUGH INTO GREASED AND FLOURED 9X13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 6 MIN.
SPRINKLE CHOC. CHIPS ON BAKED DOUGH AND TOP WITH MELTED CARAMEL MIXTURE.
CRUMBLE REMAINING DOUGH OVER TOP; RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE FOR ADD. 15-18 MIN.
COOL AND CUT INTO BARS
